castor sugar
pinch powdered ginger

1 part green tea
1 part ginger liqueur
dash lime juice

chill a martini glass. mix the castor sugar and ginger together in a shallow dish.
remove the glass from the freezer and immediately dip the rim into the castor sugar mixture.

shake the tea, liqueur and lime juice together and strain into the glass.

pumpkin smoothie (from momtails)

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
dash cold milk
3 cubes soft, cooked butternut (allow to cool)
2 pinches ground cinnamon
fresh orange juice to taste
blend all the ingredients together.
